Harvested on a single day and co-fermented in one open-top tank using only wild yeast, Gusto Rosso is aged in French oak puncheons for two years and then quietly rested in bottle in our cellar, evolving slowly and gracefully. This is a wine that we reach for when it matters most. It was one of only ten wines selected for the Dry Creek Valley AVA’s 40th Anniversary Tasting, where it shared the stage with legends like Rafanelli and Pedroncelli. It was also chosen to be featured at the VIP Passport Dinner at The Madrona, where it paired perfectly with a menu that included Provençal grilled lamb, seafood paella, and late-summer ratatouille.
